- Head to the Main Square, also known as Plaza de Armas, which is the heart of Cusco. It's surrounded by beautiful colonial buildings and is home to the Cathedral of Cusco. Spend around 10 minutes here to take in the sights and snap some photos.
- Go to Koricancha, an ancient Inca temple that was later converted into a Catholic church by the Spanish. It's an important historic site that showcases the blend of Inca and Spanish architecture.

It's also a great place to learn about the history of the Choquequirao Girls, who were noble Inca women. Also, see the 12 Corners Stones, also known as the Inca Roca Palace, which is a building that showcases impressive Inca stonework. Marvel at the stonework and learn about its significance.
- Proceed to San Blas, a charming neighbourhood in Cusco that's known for its narrow streets and artisan shops. Spend around 20 minutes here exploring the neighbourhood and shopping for some souvenirs.

- Stroll through Zapantiana, a local market where you can find a variety of textiles and clothing. It's a great place to shop for authentic Peruvian clothing and accessories.
- Lastly, visit San Cristobal (Qollcampata): San Cristobal, also known as Qollcampata, is a historic site that was once an important Inca religious center. It's located on a hill overlooking Cusco and offers great views of the city. It is the best way to bring an end to the tour.
