Itinerary

1. Day 1: Amman Airport - Amman Hotel

   • Meet the tour guide at the airport, who will also assist you with the required formalities. Then transfer to Amman hotel for overnight.

   Or

   • Meet the tour guide at the airport and transfer from QAIA to the Roman Citadel in Jabal El-Qala'a. Then, visit the Roman theatre downtown, and later transfer to the Amman hotel for overnight.

2. Day 2: Amman Hotel - Umm Qais - Ajloun - Jerash - Madaba Hotel

   • Have breakfast and transfer to Umm Qais for an archaeological visit. 
   • Then, transfer to Ajloun Citadel for a visit. 
   • Head to Jerash, the roman historical city, with a local English-speaking guide (or other languages upon request) for 2 hours.
   • Transfer to your Madaba hotel for an overnight stay.

3. Day 3: Madaba Hotel - Map Church - Mount Nebo - Mukawer - Bethany - Petra Hotel

   • Have breakfast and visit Map Church in Madaba, an old mosaic city.
   • Transfer to Mount Nebo, the place of Prophet Mosses, and then visit Mount Mukawer, where Saint John was killed. 
   • Continue to Bethany, the site of Christ's Baptism, on the Jordan River. 
   • Reach the Petra hotel for an overnight stay.

4. Day 4: Petra Hotel - Petra - Little Petra - Wadi Rum Camp

   • Have breakfast and visit Petra, Nabatean city, with a local English-speaking guide (or other languages upon request), for 2 hours. 
   • Head to Qasr El-Bint and return to the centre of visitors to be transferred to Little Petra.
   • Visit Wadi Rum for a traditional eve and local dinner- Zarb or Makloubeh. 
   • Enjoy an overnight in the desert under a traditional tent well prepared in the camp.

5. Day 5: Wadi Rum Camp - Wadi Rum Jeep Tour - Dead Sea Resort

   • Have breakfast, and start your 4*4 jeep tour for 2 hours with a Bedouin local driver-guide, following the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia. 
   • Transfer to Dead Sea Resort for sunset and overnight.

6. Day 6: Dead Sea Resort - Allenby Bridge - Jerusalem - Bethlehem - Allenby Bridge - Amman Hotel

   • Have breakfast. From Dead Sea Resort, at 6:30 am, transfer to Allenby bridge, then be transferred continuously to Jerusalem for a city tour. 
   • Arrive at Allenby, and meet our English-speaking driver at gate 14. Head to Jerusalem and start our tour with a drive to the top of Mt. of Olives, from which Jesus ascended to heaven after his resurrection. From the top of the Mount, enjoy a magnificent view over all of ancient and modern Jerusalem, the center of the biblical world.
   • Walk down the "Palm Sunday Road" visiting the Chapel of Dominus Flevit (Jesus wept) enroute to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations where Christ prayed on the night of his betrayal (Lk. 22:40-46). 
   • Enter within the old Walled City of Jerusalem to visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. If time and security allow, we shall visit the last standing remnant of the ancient temple at the Western (Wailing) Wall. Also, visit Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock and some of the exciting archaeological sites in and around the Old City.
   • Drive to Bethlehem and stop for lunch in one of the local restaurants in Bethlehem. Then we have an opportunity for shopping.
   • Visit the Nativity Church marking the birthplace of Jesus. Then visit the Grotto, the Church of St Catharine and St. Jerome Caves, where the bible was translated from Hebrew to Latin language.
   • See the Shepherds' Field in Beit Sahour, where the angels' announcement of the birth of Jesus is remembered.
   • Transfer to Allenby for departure (before 5:00 pm through the bridge). 
   • Meet the driver to be transferred to the Amman hotel for an overnight stay.

   (This Jerusalem day isn't allowed on Fridays or Saturdays.)

7. Day 7: Amman Hotel - Amman Airport (Optional Desert Castles Visit)

   • Have breakfast and transfer to the Amman airport for departure. (Before 2 hours of airplane flight, at least.)

   Or

   • In case of late departure, have breakfast and transfer to Desert Castles for a visit (Qasr Amra, Al-Kharranah, Al-Azraq).
   • Transfer to Amman airport for departure.
