Day 1- Lima Arrival
- When you arrive at the airport, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel. This is where the fun begins.
- Upon your arrival at the hotel, kick back, relax and unwind. Meet your fellow travellers and the tour leader at 6 pm for a rundown on your trip. Kick things off with a bang by spending the evening taking your first stroll through the calm and serene city to find interesting handicrafts, local street food and more.
- Then, have a welcome dinner with your fellow travellers. Expect to be mesmerized by the modern oasis that was once known as the city of kings. With looming valleys and hills and pristine beaches surrounding the city, it is nothing short of a beautiful but lively place to be.

Day 2- Sights and Beauty of Lima
- After rising bright and early and filling up on the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel, get ready to travel to the heart of the vibrant city of Lima. Join your tour leader as they take you to the best places in the city.
- Get a panoramic tour of the city's historical centre, where you can explore its stunning museums and galleries influenced by colonial culture and housed with Pre-Columbian artifacts. Lima is steeped in history, so spending time in these museums and cathedrals will definitely be well worth it.
- After that, you have the afternoon to yourself. You can choose to go to the lively bars and restaurants or sip on a couple of Pisco Sours and munch on Piqueos with the locals. The nightlife in Lima is booming, and so is the food scene, as there are excellent restaurants at every nook and corner of the city.

Day 3- Discover the nature in Puerto Maldonado
- It’s time to say goodbye to Lima and move on to the next exciting leg of your tour. After transferring from the hotel, you will take a flight to Puerto Maldonado. This city is the gateway to the lush Amazonian jungle, which covers nearly half of the country. So expect to see a plethora of flora and fauna here.
- After settling in, you can take a stroll in the city to get acclimatized and explore the local cuisine and culture. Or better yet, take a nighttime boat ride through the lush forest to experience calm, and serenity like you have never done before.
- Take it all in before the official tour of the Amazonian jungle begins the next day. You might even spot some wild exotic animals.

Day 4- Exploring Islands and forest in Puerto Maldonado
- Get ready for a fun-filled day that begins with a traditional Amazonian boat on Lake Apu Victor that takes you to the incredible jungle. Here you can explore the lush greenery and get a chance to spot exotic birds, anteaters and butterflies.
- Get a chance to not just spot, but interact with the friendly wild monkeys. If you are lucky, you might even see a puma or jaguar.
- Then, as you hike deep into the Amazonian jungle, you will be taken to Monkey Island, which is where the real fun starts. It houses over seventy species of monkeys that roam freely. Get ready to interact and play with these friendly creatures for the rest of the evening before heading back for dinner in the city.

Day 5- Travel To Cusco
- After relaxing and sleeping off the tiredness from exploring forests in Puerto Maldonado, you'll be ready to be transported from the Amazonian jungle to the Andean city of Cusco. This was once the capital of the Inca Empire in Ancient Peru, making it the gateway to ancient citadels, cathedrals and ruins.
- Once you arrive, you have the evening all to yourself to take a stroll downtown, explore the city’s cobblestone streets on foot, and marvel at ancient architecture dating back centuries. Don't forget to visit the San Pedro Market, where you can enjoy the freshest produce and shop the local textile handicrafts.
- For dinner, indulge in the most authentic local Andean cuisine, which you will find anywhere in the city because it is easily a foodie haven. You must also dive into the city’s buzzing nightlife before ending your exciting day of exploration.

Day 6- Uncovering the Beauty of Cusco
- Now that you have familiarized yourself with Cusco, you will be taken on a proper tour of the imperial city with a guide after breakfast. Cusco is brimming with culture and beauty, which is why it is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It holds a plethora of colonial treasures and is filled with magnificent architecture that is truly a sight to behold.
- On this day, you get to explore all of it. Start the day right by visiting the main square and then moving on to the cathedral and Qoricancha. You will also be taken to the Koricancha temple that was built in honour of the Sun God and see the formidable white statue of Christ looming over the Andes.
- After that, the evening is all yours to dive into the nightlife, dine at the splendid restaurants, or simply get lost in the city's magic.

Day 7- Exploring Potato Park and Highland Beauty
- After rising bright and early, you will be taken to the Sacred Valley on a private transfer. After settling down in your hotels, you will visit the thriving Potato Park community high in the Andes. Potatoes grow in abundance in Peru, but their biodiversity is being threatened due to changing climates. This is why a collection of six Quechua communities have gotten together to conserve thousands of varieties of potatoes.
- On your visit, you get to explore this park and interact with the indigenous people of this community. Taste the delicious potatoes that they serve with hot peppers, prepared for you in traditional Peruvian style.
- Later, you will be taken back to your hotel.

Day 8- Mountain Biking in the Sacred Valley
- The ancient Sacred Valley is filled with an abundance of deep valleys and rivers, providing the perfect landscape for a mountain biking adventure. Individuals in their 30s and 40s are bound to have a fantastic time as they traverse through this terrain from the beautiful town of Pisac to Calca.
- You can start this historical mountain biking expedition after the delicious traditional breakfast at the hotel. During this expedition, prepare to marvel at the magnificent views of the Andes expanding into the horizon.
- Conclude your tiring but an adventurous day on a peaceful note by returning to the hotel and sipping on a few cocktails while admiring the view of the Andes from your abode.

Day 9- Trekking the Inca Trail
- Get ready for another action-packed day of adventure after breakfast as you take the expedition train to KM104 and hike on the infamous Inca trail through the mountains.
- You will first hike to the ghostly ruins of Chachabamba, which is considered to be the gateway to Machu Picchu.
- Then, continue your ascent towards the mountain waterfall, where you can enjoy a peaceful picnic with a box lunch while admiring majestic views high up over the Andes.
- Finally, you will trek towards the Sun Gate which looks over Machu Picchu, where your day tour culminates.

Day 10- Discover The Sacred City of Machu Picchu
- The one you have likely been waiting for throughout your trip. Today, you will be experiencing Machu Picchu in its full magnificence and find out exactly why it is considered one of the wonders of the world. After breakfast at the hotel, start your excursion to this sacred city.
- During your visit, you can see the temples, squares, terraces and vast biodiversity surrounding the landscape with your expert guide, who will introduce you to the history of each of these places.
- Enjoy lunch at the Lost City before descending downwards, where you will hop on an expedition train back to Cusco.

Day 11- Peru Departure
- This is where your Peru tour ends. It’s time now to bid farewell to your tour leader and new friends, but not without a backpack full of memories. Departure transfers are included.
