Itinerary

1. Day 1- Arrive in Zagora

   • Meet the tour guide, who will pick you up from your hotel/residence in Marrakech and leave Marrakech at 8:00 a.m. in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus. 
   • Arrive in Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate after crossing the Atlas Mountains. At the Kasbah or Ksar, many Hollywood films are shot. It is possible to visit the Atlas film studios on the first or second day. You will eat your lunch later. 
   • Continue to travel south and cross the second pass, Tizi n'tinififft at 1710m, and Ait San village, the former caravan route for Sahara traders coming from "Tombouktou."
   • Reach the first administrative center called "Agdez Village", which marks the source of the Draa Valley, with its 6 successive palm groves stating (Mezquita palmary, Fezouata) and Kasbahs, mentioning the well-known Tamnougalt Kasbah.
   • Keep travelling through the lunar landscapes and Pre-Sahara routes until you reach Zagora, the native region of the Saadian dynasty (Saadian tombs in Marrakech), who ruled Morocco in the XVII century. 
   • Take a sunset camel trek to the camp to enjoy your dinner and spend the night in tents.

2. Day 2- Departure

   • Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes while eating breakfast. After these incredible moments, ride your camels back to meet your driver, then drive back to Marrakech. Stop for lunch in a local restaurant. 
   • Continue travelling to Marrakech via the Atlas Mountains. 
   • Drop-off at the hotel.
