Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

   • You will be picked up by our driver/guide, who will transfer you to a hotel for an overnight stay. 
   • You will be briefed about the tour and the time to be picked the next day.

2. Day 2: Entebbe - Kidepo Valley National park

   • After an early breakfast, you will set off to Kidepo Valley National Park. 
   • Along Masindi Road, you will stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking. 
   • We will have lunch here before proceeding to Kidepo.

3. Day 3: Kidepo Valley National Park

   • An early morning game drive will be conducted.
   • Later, a game walk in Apoka in the afternoon and interaction with the local community will be conducted.

4. Day 4: Kidepo Valley National Park - Murchison Falls National Park

   • Leave early in the morning after breakfast for Murchison Falls National Park.
   • In the evening, a short game drive will be conducted.

5. Day 5: Murchison Falls National Park

   • After breakfast, we will have the first game drive.
   • After lunch, we will have the second game drive.

6. Day 6: Another Day at Murchison Falls National Park

   • After breakfast, we will have an impressive launch trip on the River Nile; the trip will run for about 5-6 hours, and a short evening will be added.

7. Day 7: Murchison Falls National Park - Kibale Forest National Park

   • After breakfast, we will leave for Kibale Forest National Park.
   • We will pass close to Lake Albert on a clear day to view the Albert Rift.

8. Day 8: Chimp Tracking

   • Chimpanzee tracking from 8 a.m. 
   • Head for community and swamp walk in the afternoon.

9. Day 9: Chimp Tracking - Queen Elizabeth National Park

   • Depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park after breakfast.
   • A short evening drive will be conducted.

10. Day 10: Queen Elizabeth National Park

    • Morning game drive and impressive launch trip on Kazinga Channel.

11. Day 11: Game Walk in Kyambura Gorge

    • We have a game walk in Kyambura Gorge to meet chimpanzees and other primates.
    • After lunch, we head to the Ishasha sector in search of tree-climbing lions.

12. Day 12: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

    • Depart for Bwindi in the Buhoma sector. 
    • The scenic route runs through a verdant countryside while you pass traditional homesteads and farms.

13. Day 13: Gorilla Tracking

    • Gorilla tracking starts at 7:45 a.m.; you will spend a maximum of 1 hour with the Gorillas, and we are expected to return by 7 p.m.

14. Day 14: Lake Mburo National Park

    • Depart for Lake Mburo National Park after breakfast.
    • Have lunch at Igongo Cultural Center before proceeding to the park.
    • Take an evening drive in Lake Mburo National Park.

15. Day 15: Another Day at Lake Mburo National Park

    • Enjoy an early morning game walk in the park.
    • Experience the Boat trip to Lake Mburo.
    • A short evening game drive.

16. Day 16: Entebbe Airport

    • Early morning departure for Entebbe.
    • Halt at the Equator for lunch, photo shoots and buying souvenirs.
