Venice City Tour
- Connect with your tour representative at St. Mark's Square to start the tour.
- Explore the most important religious temple in Venice- the Basilica of Saint Mark.
- Visit the temple terrace, known as the "Terrace with the 4 Horses", and see also the Golden Altarpiece, the most impressive jewel in Venice.
- Then, proceed to the Doge's Palace and admire its lavish interiors and iconic architectural designs.
- In the palace, you will see the Institutional Rooms, the Bridge of Sighs, the Prisons, la Scala dei Giganti (the Giants' Staircase) and the Courtyard.
- Next, proceed with a walking tour from Saint Mark's square to the famous Rialto Bridge.
- Have lunch in a typical Venetian restaurant.
- Visit Rialto Bridge Area (the Ancient Merchants Area with the Fishmarket on the Grand Canal)
- Roam around Castello district (Marco Polo's home and other places off the beaten paths like a unique bookshop and a particular Venetian house).
