Itinerary

1. Day 1- Kampala - Bwindi

   • Drive southwest to cover up the 9-hour drive this early morning. 
   • The morning early drive enables us not to encounter traffic jam in Kampala City and also enable us to reach on time to catch up with the Bwindi activities.
   • Have your first stopover at the Equator, where you have a chance to take pictures and have fantastic scenery of the imaginary line
   •  You will have a stopover in Mbarara for lunch
   •  Continue driving as you will arrive at Bwindi. 
   • Later, check into your Lodge, refresh and enjoy your dinner.

2. Day 2- Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Forest

   • Wake up early morning for a heavy breakfast and prepare yourself. Our driver/guide will drive you to the park headquarters at 7 am, be briefed about the whole tracking.
   • Be briefed about the whole tracking and proceed to the park on foot with the armed game ranger and the guide.
   • During your Tracking, finding the Gorillas will depend on how faster you are and where the Gorillas last feed the previous day.
   • When we find them, you are only allowed to have 1 hour with the wild apes to see how they feed, groom their members and experience their day to day activities.

3. Day 3- Kampala/Entebbe Departure

   • Wake up early morning for a heavy breakfast and prepare for your journey back to Kampala before 6 pm.
   • Have lunch in Mbarara at Agip motel and a stopover at Igongo culture centre. Our guide will give you complete information about the culture.
   • And also you might admire and buy yourself a souvenir at the centre and continue your journey to Kampala back to your hotel or airport for departure.
