Explore the Highlights of Siwa Oasis
- Meet the tour guide at the meeting point (Tourist Information Office, Siwa) by 10 am to start the tour.
- Begin with an introduction about Siwa and get general information about the local society.
- Explore Shali Fortress, know its history and unique architecture, and have a nice panorama view of Siwa oasis from the top of the Shali ruins.
- Go to the most famous archaeological site in the western desert (the Oracle Temple), which is important as it was visited by Alexander the Great to consult the god of Ammon about his future and many stories. Next, stop in the Ammon temple for a while and learn about it.
- Salt Lake floating experience
- Stop at Cleopatra Spring, enjoy swimming fresh under groundwater and have juice from local cafe shops around the spring.
- After lunch time, start the Sahara desert safari experience until sunset with a lot of amazing sandboarding, SIWA tea, hot springs, dunes, etc.
