Biking Tour in Maras Moray
- At 8:00 am, we will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the Cruzpata branch, where you will be given a brief explanation and instructions on using the bicycles and the route.
- From here, we will begin our bicycle adventure through Maras Moray.
- From the town of Cruzpata, we will begin the bike tour along the affirmed road, enjoying the landscapes and fields of crops.
- Take a short rest near the Huaypo Lagoon, located at an altitude of 3500masl. To get to the platforms of Moray, we will have a journey of approximately 1 hour riding a bicycle.
- Upon arrival at Moray, we will appreciate its circular platforms built in gigantic holes, used as an agricultural research center by the Incas.
- After the visit to the Andenes de Moray, we will continue the Maras Moray bicycle tour, heading towards the typical town of Maras, with buildings from the colonial era.
- From here, we will continue down a section of descent by road for experienced people.
- After appreciating the Sal mines or Salineras de Maras, we can ride on a section of Semi Down Hill, which is recommended for those who have perfectly mastered the bicycle.
- After the last descent, we will have a bicycle tour for about 25 minutes until we reach Urubamba, and from here, we will take the bus back to the city of Cusco.
