Mount Batur Sunrise Hike and Coffee Farm Visit
03:00 AM: You will be picked up from your hotel in the Ubud area and drive to the starting point, which will take about 30 minutes.
03:30 AM: Arrive at the starting point, where you will have a simple breakfast with banana, tea, and coffee. You can also have sandwiches for breakfast while waiting for the sunrise.
03:30 - 05:30 AM: Hike to the top, where the guide will take you to see the crater, which is still active. If you want to try, you can also have eggs boiled from the crater.
05:30 - 06:00 AM: Reach the top of the volcano.
06:00 - 07:00 AM: Watch the incredible sunrise with views of Mount Abang, Mount Agung, and, of course, beautiful Lake Batur. If you are lucky, you can also see Rinjani Volcano on Lombok Island from the top.
07:15 AM: Start walking down, which will be difficult for the first 30 minutes.
08:30 AM: Drive to a coffee farm, as the Kintamani area is famous for its coffee. Learn the process of making traditional coffee and, of course, the famous Luwak coffee, made from the faeces of the Luwak cat.
09:00 AM: Go on a coffee tour at the local farm. They also grow herbs that you can try as well.
10:00 AM: Return to your hotel in the Ubud area.
