Explore the Valley of the Kings
- You will be received from Luxor airport by your tour guide. Drive towards the Valley of the Kings, located on the ancient site of Thebes on the west bank of the Nile River.
- Upon arrival, spend 2 hours exploring the UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its royal painted tombs where queens, kings and nobles of the New Kingdom were buried, making it the world's most magnificent burial ground. It is also known for the tomb of Tutankhamun, which was discovered here.
- The guests are allowed to visit 3 different tombs per ticket. If you wish to see more, you will have to buy another ticket.
- There are a total number of 62 known tombs inside the Valley of the Kings, out of which only 13 are opened for the public to visit as the government rotates the tombs, trying to keep them in well-preserved conditions.
- Explore the site as your guide explains the history and secrets of the ancient burial customs and area.
