Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu
- Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
- Prepare for trekking.
Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 2 : Kathmandu to Lukla
- Depart from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) by flight, which takes about 45 minutes.
- Have breakfast in Lukla.
- After breakfast, trek to Phakding (2610m)

Day 3 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar
- Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m).

Day 4 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
- Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3868m).

Day 5 : Tengboche to Namche Bazaar
Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3440m).

Day 6 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla
- Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2840m).

Day 7 : Return to Kathmandu
- Take the morning flight back to Kathmandu (1336m) from Lukla.

Day 8 : Departure to Airport
- Depart to International Airport, or stay in Kathmandu.
