Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara national reserve

   • Pick up from the hotel early in the morning, and after a short brief about the safari, depart for Maasai Mara. 
   • Head north to Maai Mahiu, south of Lake Naivasha, before turning west to Narok.
   • Continue west and then south to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. 
   • Arrive at the camp at a good time for lunch and rest. 
   • Embark on an afternoon game drive. This is the best time of the day to see nocturnal hunters preparing for their nightly expeditions. Watering holes are also usually busy just before sunset, as animals, such as hippos, return to their resting spots while others congregate to drink before retiring for the night. 

   Dinner and overnight at the camp.

2. Day 2: Full-day at Masai Mara National Reserve

   • After breakfast, proceed for a full-day game drive.
   • Search the big five and much other wildlife that inhabits this beautiful savannah land. 
   • Enjoy a picnic lunch at 1300hours along the Mara River, and spot more hippos.
   • Take an optional visit to a Masai village or take an early morning Balloon safari at an extra cost. 

   • Dinner and overnight at the camp.

3. Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Naivasha

   • Do an early morning game drive and return to the lodge for a full breakfast.
   • Check-out of the camp and depart for Lake Naivasha.
   • Arrive at a good time at the lodge for lunch and rest. 
   • Take an optional boat ride safari to Crescent Island for birdwatching around the lake, and see hippos. 

   Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

4. Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park

   • After breakfast, depart for the Amboseli National Park. 
   • Arrive at a good time for lunch.
   • Enjoy an afternoon game drive. 
   • Enjoy a clear view of Mount Kilimanjaro if weather permits. 

   Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge.

5. Day 5: Full-day at Amboseli National Park

   • Wake up to an early morning view of Mount Kilimanjaro with its snowcapped top: the highest mountain in Africa.
   • After breakfast; head for a full-day adventure inside Amboseli National Park which is rich in wildlife. 
   • Enjoy a picnic lunch that will be served in the park.
   • Enjoy an optional visit to the Maasai village, where the Maasai warriors will entertain the guest by dancing, singing, and showing them around their homesteads. 
   • Have the opportunity to take the picture of the Maasai village. 

   Dinner and Overnight at Lodge.

6. Day 6: Amboseli National Park to Tsavo West National Park

   • Have early morning breakfast, and depart to Tsavo West National Park via shetani Lava and Chyulu hills.
   • Arrive at a good time for lunch and rest. 
   • Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park until sunset.

   Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

7. Day 7: Full-day at Tsavo West National Park

   • After breakfast, embark on a full day game exploring the park.
   • Visit the Mzima Springs, and see hippos and fishes in crystalline clear water. There are possibilities of seeing crocodiles and monkeys. 

   Dinner and Overnight at the camp.

8. Day 8: Tsavo West National Park to Tsavo East National Park

   • After breakfast, leave for Tsavo East which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man-eating lions.
   • Game en route to Ashnil Aruba Camp, Tsavo East. 
   • Check-in and have lunch. 
   • Enjoy another game drive at the park later.

   Dinner and overnight at the camp.

9. Day 9: Tsavo East National Park to Nairobi or Mombasa

   • After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive en route to Nairobi or Mombasa.
   • Arrive at a good time for the drop off at Airport/Hotel/beach hotel.
