Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park

   • Begin the 12 days Kenya and Tanzania safari tour.
   • Pick-up from the Nairobi hotel or Airport by the guide.
   • Depart to Lake Nakuru National Park.
   • Stop at the Great Rift Valley. Get an overview and a little information about how the rift valley was formed. 
   • Proceed to Lake Nakuru, to arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. 
   • Refresh, have lunch and relax for about one hour. 
   • Take the afternoon game drive till sunset.
   • Explore the shore lake of Lake Nakuru which is bound with a lot of bird species, lion climbing trees, and spot black and white rhino.

2. Day 2: Reach Lake Naivasha

   • Wake up early this morning to catch up sunrise from the hills of Aberdare, while enjoying the hot buffet breakfast.
   • Check-out from the lodge with game viewing en-route to Lake Naivasha.
   • Arrive at the Lodge in time for a hot buffet lunch. 
   • Check-in at your room, have lunch and refresh. T
   • Enjoy a beautiful walk around the lodge. 
   • Take an optional boat ride at the lake, and visit the crescent island at an extra cost. 
   • Spend the beautiful afternoon at Lake Naivasha then later dine yourself for a hot dinner.

3. Day 3: Arrive at Masai Mara National Park

   • Wake up early to a cool breeze from the lake. 
   • Have the hot breakfast, and check-out to proceed to the Masai Mara National Reserve. 
   • Drive through the floor of Great Rift Valley with a magnificent view of Mount Longonot 
   • Arrive at the camp, via Narok town in time for lunch. 
   • Check-in, enjoy the hot buffet lunch, and wait for the afternoon game drive at 1500hrs.
   •  After a short rest, start the first introduction game drive in the afternoon.
   • Track the various animal species and birds that inhabit here until sunset.

4. Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve

   •  Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch until sunset.

5. Day 5: Arrive at Serengeti National Park

   • Wake-up early and enjoy breakfast.
   • Depart from Masai Mara to the Isebania border. 
   • Arrive at the Kenya-Tanzania border in time for a hot lunch. 
   • After lunch and clearance formalities, the guide at the Kenya side, will handover the tour to the Tanzania guide.
   • Leave the Isebania border for Serengeti.
   • Arrive in the late afternoon with a game drive on the way to the lodge.

6. Day 6: Serengeti National Park

   • Have breakfast and then depart for a full-day game drive, while carrying a packed lunch. 
   • Marvel at what Serengeti has to offer regarding the wild games, hence famously known as the World’s largest wildlife sanctuary.

7. Day 7: Head to Ngorongoro Crater

   • Enjoy the morning breakfast at Serengeti National Park. 
   • Refresh and check-out of the lodge to depart to Ngorongoro Crater.
   • Arrive at Ngorongoro Crater on time for lunch, at the lodge.
   • After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive on these landscapes that range from dense mountain forests and woodlands to grasslands, lakes, and swamps.
   • Later in the evening, return to the lodge.

8. Day 8: Arrive at Lake Manyara National Park

   • Have an early morning breakfast with a great view of the Ngorongoro crater.
   • Depart to Lake Manyara to arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. 
   • Head for an afternoon game drive until late evening.

9. Day 9 : Arrive at Tarangire National Park

   • Head to Tarangire National Park. 
   • Arrive at the park on time for lunch.
   • Embark on an afternoon game drive. The park is home to one of the largest elephant populations in the north of Tanzania but is also home to many other wild animals.

10. Day 10: Arrive at Amboseli National Park

    • After the hot buffet breakfast, leave with packed lunch to Amboseli National Park via the Namanga border. 
    • Arrive at the border, meet the Kenya guide, and head to Amboseli. 
    • Enter the park to enjoy the game drive and head to the camp. 
    • Arrive on time for dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Camp.

11. Day 11: Amboseli National Park

    • Wake-up at 06:30 am and have breakfast.
    • Proceed for the full-day game drive at the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. 
    • Enjoy a picnic lunch at the viewpoint. Amboseli Park has become one of the most visited Parks in Kenya for its serenity as well as the view of the peak of Kilimanjaro during the sunrise and sunset in the evening. Here to be spotted are the big cats as well as the herds of the African Elephants. 
    • Explore the amazing Kenya pride for the whole day and then return to the lodge in the late afternoon.

12. Day 12: Return to Nairobi

    • Wake up for the hot buffet breakfast, refresh, and then check-out from the camp with packed lunch. 
    • Have a morning final game drive.
    • Head to Nairobi.
    •  Arrive in the City of Nairobi on time, for drop off at the Nairobi hotel or Airport.
