Description
Visit Bikaner, located in the northern part of Rajasthan. See the famous temple dedicated to the Karni Mata and is home to many rats considered sacred by Hindu devotees. These rats are not harmed in any way but fed and worshipped by the priests and devotees who call them "Kabbas". This is why the temple is also known as the "Rat Temple". The bikaner city also boasts the best camels and the largest Camel research and breeding farm globally. You can see the different breeds of camels and learn about their behaviour. You can also visit the camel museum, displaying the camel's development and research aspects in the desert ecosystem.

Bikaner Tour
- Get picked up from Jodhpur Airport/Railway Station or hotel in Jodhpur and start the tour of Bikaner.
- Visit the 600-year-old Rat Temple (Karni Mata Temple) and learn about its historical significance. The temple has huge intricately carved silver gates, which Maharaja (King) Ganga Singh donated.
- After this, visit the National Research Centre on Camel established in 1984 by the Central Government under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research on the outskirts of Bikaner city to promote research and development on camels. It is located about 8 km from Bikaner city. The farm extends over 2000 acres of semi-arid land and is managed by the central government.
- After this, you will be dropped off at your preferred place in Bikaner city for your onward journey.
