Itinerary

1. Day 1: Chennai -- Pondicherry (120 km 2:30hr)

   When you reach the Chennai airport, our representatives will receive you and then the journey starts. After having breakfast, you will drive through Mahabalipuram to reach Pondicherry. Visit temples and holy places in Mahabalipuram. After reaching Pondicherry complete all your check-in formalities at the hotel. Unpack all your luggage and get freshen up. The day would have been a bit long, so have your dinner and take some rest. Overnight stay in the hotel.

2. Day 2 : Pondicherry sightseeing

   The second day of the trip would be for spending time visiting various places in Pondicherry. After having breakfast in the hotel, you will first go to the Aurobindo Ashram. The ashram has a library. You can spend some time in its study room and then moving around its sales emporium. You will also find many facts about Sri Aurobindo. Then go to the French War Memorial, the old botanical garden, and then the Chunnambar boat house which is situated at the banks of the Ariyankuppam River. In the evening you can sit by the side of the beaches having your favourite wine. And finally, return to the hotel and stay overnight.

3. Day 3: Auroville visit

   On the third day of the tour, you can visit Auroville and then go to Matrimandir. Auroville is an international township. Matrimandir is the temple of the divine mother in the centre of Auroville. Explore these two places which stand for unity in diversity. In the afternoon, you can go for some adventure activities at the seaside and in the evening, you must go shopping in the markets. Have dinner and get back to the hotel to stay overnight.

4. Day 4 : Chennai drop

   Wake up in the morning and then have an appealing breakfast at the lodging house and then complete all your formalities to leave the hotel. Our representative will be present to take you back to Chennai’s airport or railway station, depending upon how you have planned your return journey.
