Description
Spend 4 days amidst Kenya's two incredible highlights and get a glimpse of culture, nature, and wildlife. Admire the landscape of Maasai Mara that has grassy plains and rolling hills and is crossed by the Mara & Talek rivers. Enjoy Lake Nakuru, one of the Rift Valley soda lakes and lies to the south of Nakuru. Lake Nakuru National Park protects it, and the lake's abundance of algae attracts a vast quantity of flamingos that famously lines the shore.
Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve
- Meet an expert naturalist and drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This enormous reserve is part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration. It is home to Africa's Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino.
- Have lunch at the lodge and relax before departing for the afternoon game drive in the Mara Game Reserve – one of the world's greatest wildernesses.
- Spot Maasai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland and thousands of other animals, including Impala, Zebra, Topi, and Gazelles, while game drives in the park.
Overnight at Olodare Mara Camp.

Day 2: Full-day game drives in Maasai Mara
- Continue the search for great predators and perhaps even cubs today during extensive game drives.
- Drive through the plains, which have enormous herds of grazing animals and elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs.
- Enjoy the scenic appeal of the tree-studded savannah; its’ modest temperatures and diversity of wild game species make the reserve a one-stop-shop for game viewing.
- Have your mid-day meal at either on a picnic site or at camp.
- Return to the lodge before dark for a delicious dinner and some rest.

Day 3: Maasai Mara –Lake Nakuru National Park
- Today travel to the exotic Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley.
- After lunch, go for an exciting game drive in the park, home to stunning flocks of lesser and greater flamingos, which turn the lakeshores in to a magnificent pink stretch.
- Spot the world-renowned birdlife here with over 400 bird species, including White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets and Marabou Stork.
- Witness the White Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe, which are rarely found in Africa.
Overnight at Punda Milia Camp or equivalent.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi
- Start your day with an early breakfast followed by a game drive.
- View Pelicans and hundreds of other bird species. Possible to see both the black and white rhino, lions, warthogs, antelopes, baboons and many other animals.
- Return to the hotel, freshen up, enjoy lunch, check out from the lodge/camp, and depart for Nairobi by road.
- Take a leisurely scenic 2-hour drive that brings you to Nairobi, arriving late afternoon between 1700 hours-1800 hours.
Transfer to your hotel or residence. Your tour comes to an end.
