See the highlights of Belgrade
- Start from the Kalemgdan Fortress that lies over the confluence of the Sava and Danube river. There we will see remains of old military settlements from various times and built by various people from the Celts and ancient Romans to the Ottoman Turks and Austrians.
- Visit Saborna Cathedral, one of the oldest churches in Belgrade. Right opposite the Saborna church you can have a coffee in the oldest coffee shop in Belgrade, the Question mark coffee (1823).
- Move onto the Belgrade's main street, Knez Mihajlova street, crowded with people, with many stores, restaurants and beautiful buildings.
- Go to the heart of the city, the Republic Square, with the National Theatre and National museum nearby.
- Head to Skadarlija, charming little street famous for its old restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy traditional Serbian food and live music.
