Day 1 : Quito to Puyo
- Meet the guide for pick-up and depart from Quito in the morning. Cover the route of volcanoes (Cotopaxi and Tungurahua active volcanoes). Pass by scenic waterfalls.
- Reach Puyo and attend the Ayahuasca Ceremony at night.
Overnight in Puyo.

Day 2: Puyo to Quito
- Set out on a drive towards Quito.
- Explore the Pailón del Diablo waterfall.
- House of the tree in Baños de Agua Santa
- Arrive in Quito and get dropped-off at the agreed-upon location.
