Description
Go for a 7-day tour of the Indian cities, located on the points of the Golden Triangle. Drive from Delhi to visit the pilgrimage sites of Mathura & Vrindavan and then, head to Agra to see the iconic Taj Mahal. Explore rural life in village Barara and spot the extensive birdlife in the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. Finally, go to Jaipur to marvel at the Water Palace, Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal and shop at its colourful bazaars.
Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Delhi
- Meet your tour guide at the Delhi airport, who will arrange for your smooth transfer to the pre-designated hotel in Delhi.
- You will get all the prerequisite travel documents for your ensuing tour. Overnight at Delhi hotel.

Day 2: Delhi – Mathura – Agra
- After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, get ready for an exciting cultural trip to Mathura and Vrindavan. It would take nearly 2 and a half hours to reach Mathura.
- Visit the famous Krishna Janambhoomi, the birth palace of Lord Krishna and Dwarkadheesh Temple.
- Enjoy a boat cruise in the Yamuna River at Vishram Ghat and then enjoy lunch.
- Head towards Vrindavan to visit famous temples such as ISKCON temple, Bankey Bihari Ji Temple, Prem Mandir and other famous attractions.
- End your Vrindavan tour, and you will be driven towards Agra. Overnight in Agra.

Day 3: Agra
- Leave your cosy bed today in the early morning at dawn and get ready for a memorable visit to the Taj Mahal along with the tour guide; the morning Serbians falling on the white marble will appeal to you to take exciting pictures of the world wonder.
- Return to the hotel for breakfast and then proceed to Agra Fort and explore several red sandstone and white marble palaces housed inside it. This fort also gives you the privilege to take the best shots of the Taj from different angles.
- Now is the time to explore life in the city in your guided walking tour of the old town. You will be mesmerized to look at the thousands of colourful shops selling spices, cycles, clothes, etc. and also have the chance to see the famous temples and old havelis.
- When your walking tour ends, you might be eating at the renowned restaurant in Agra and have a few hours to relax in the hotel.
- Proceed in the evening to visit the famous Itmad ud Daula Tomb and Mehtab Bagh. From this Mehtab Garden, you enjoy the sunset view of the Taj being in nature's lap.
- If you are in the mood to go on a shopping spree, you can visit some handicraft shops as Agra city is famous for marble goods, leather items and handmade rugs. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Agra – Barara – Fatehpur Sikri – Bharatpur
- After an early breakfast, leave the hotel to enjoy the village life of Indians and the World Heritage site of Fatehpur Sikri on your way to Bharatpur.
- Travel on the Agra-Jaipur highway, and your tour guide will show you the tourist village of Barara, and thus, you will be acquainted with the real village life of Indians. Here, you get to see the village judicial system, a school, lush green fields and a traditional cooking system.
- Continue towards Fatehpur Sikri, which in its heyday used to inhabit more population than London. You will be taken back to see the magnificent palaces and Mughal architecture.
- Now, make headway to the Bird Sanctuary with the naturalist. You will be provided with a rickshaw ride inside the forest.
- In the Ghana Sanctuary, you spot several domestic and migratory birds such as hornbills, spoonbills, black-headed geese, cranes, etc. Besides, you see reptiles also. Overnight at a hotel in Bharatpur.

Day 5: Bharatpur – Abaneri – Jaipur
- Drive to Abaneri in the morning after breakfast and enjoy the comforts of your own vehicle. This place provides a great ambience with age-old stepwell and rustic life.
- Visit the Chand Baoli (Step Well), which tells the story of the ancient Indian system of collecting and preserving water; this Baoli is second to the Queen’s Bab, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Finish the visit of Abaneri, and you will be driven to Jaipur, where in the evening, you enjoy the visit to Birla Temple at Jaipur. Overnight at Jaipur

Day 6: Jaipur Sightseeing
- Embank on the Jaipur sightseeing tour post breakfast with the visit of Amber Fort first. You have the option to go either by jeep or on elephant back or walk up to the fort. The panoramic view of the down valley from the top of the fort is eye-catching.
- You get to see the official part of the fort and the Zanana (ladies' area) also. After the visit is over, if you are interested, you can visit the elephant village nearby.
- Stop at the Water Palace, which is built in the middle of the water, as a summer retreat for the royals.
- You also have the chance to visit the Hawa Mahal (wind palace). By this time, you might be feeling hungry, so you can enjoy lunch at a local restaurant to savour Rajasthani delicacies.
- Visit the famous city palace and the stone observatory post-lunch.
- Stroll through the colourful bazaars of Jaipur in the evening and indulge in shopping. Transfer you to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Jaipur – Delhi
- Get up in an easy mood for breakfast on the last day of your tour.
- Check out and fix your baggage.
- Drive to Delhi, where your driver will leave you at your booked hotel or at the airport to catch your flight to another destination.
