Itinerary

Kathmandu to Kala Patthar via Everest Base Camp
- Get a hotel pick-up between 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM and drop at the domestic terminal of International Airport, Kathmandu. Meet your guide and get assistance with the check-in process and luggage.
- Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla at 7:00 AM. Pass through Dolakha village and Lamjura-La Pass (flight time: 45 minutes, ground time: 10 minutes).
- Land at Lukla at 8:00 AM for flight refuelling and enjoy magnificent views of the chains of the Himalayas.
- Fly from Lukla to Kala Patthar at 8:15 AM. Listen to inflight commentary, which will tell you exactly where you are (flight time: 25 minutes, ground time: 10-15 minutes).
- Land Kala Patthar at 8:30 AM and explore the top for 15 minutes. Indulge in the view of the mighty, majestic peaks of the Khumbu region of Nepal.
- Fly from Kala Patthar to Syangboche at 8:45 AM for short leisure & breakfast on the lap of Mt. Everest (flight time: 15 minutes, ground time 45 minutes to 1.30 hours).
- Arrive at the world's highest situated, Hotel Everest View, at 9:00 AM, for a hearty breakfast.
- Take a short walk around for photography and enjoy views of Namche.
- Fly from Syangboche to Lukla at 10:00 AM for refuelling.
- Finally, head back to Kathmandu and see the full range of the Everest region landscapes' diversity as you look down on the Namche Bazaar, Lukla, and Phakding once again.
- Reach Kathmandu airport at 11:00 AM, and you'll be transferred back to your hotel.

Terms & Conditions:

When you confirm the trip with us, we need a photocopy of your passport and a 20% advance deposit of the total price for flight tickets and permit process.

The rest of the money can be paid upon arrival in our office; full payment is required before starting the trip, and for your last minute booking before a week, you need to pay the total amount of money as an advance.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, western union, money grams, or credit card. Please, use any means of transfer according to your convenience.

Bank service charges should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.

In addition, clients can make payments by credit card. For the payment by credit card, we only accept Master Card and Visa Card, and 4% extra will be paid by the clients themselves as a card processing fee.

After receiving a photocopy of your passport, and a 20% advance from you, we send you a final confirmation receipt.
