Description
On this hike, see the Kosmač Fortress, located at about 800 m, built by the Austrians between 1841 and 1850. Then, visit the Praskvica Monastery (1050), considered a fine example of the Orthodox architecture of the Balkan Peninsula and the most famous monastic complex in the Pastrovići area.

BRAJIĆI - AUSTRIAN FORTRESS KOSMAČ - MONASTERY PRASKVICA
Start the tour from Brajići, on the path to the Kosmač Fortress (Austrian fortress from the XIX century). There are a viewpoint and a short break for the sightseeing of the fortress.
Continue slowly to the hunting lodge, climb to the old Austrian road, and go on the straight old Austrian road to Ograđenica, where the Spiridon Monastery is located. From Kosmač to Ograđenica, it is about a 2h 30 min walk. Arrive and take a bit longer break.
Descend through the wide macadam road to the Rustovo Monastery.
Go from the Rustovo Monastery to the viewpoint at Čelobrdo, from where you descend on the Jegorov path (the whole time, the view of St. Stefan and Miločer are stunning) near the Praskvica Monastery.
