Description
Go on an excursion to the exquisite Baikal lake and the urban locality of Listvyanka. Visit the Taltsy Museum which houses a collection of 17th-19th century exhibits of historical, architectural, and ethnographic interest, among other attractions. Also visit the Baikal lake located in Southern Siber, which was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. Tour Lake Baikal & Listvyanka
Meet your Russia tour guide at the hotel in Irkutsk or Listvyanka. First, visit Taltsy Museum, an interesting open-air museum, on the way to Listvyanka, which has a collection of 17th-19th century exhibits of historical, architectural, and ethnographic interest.
After a break for lunch, proceed to the Baikal Museum and see its interesting exposition in which there is an aquarium with the living inhabitants of Baikal Lake. Learn about the lake and also see a Nerpa, a unique freshwater seal.
After that, tour the village of Listvyanka with your guide and visit viewpoints that offer beautiful vistas of the region in every direction. Then, head back to your hotel in Irkutsk. The tour ends here.
