Itinerary

1. Day: Arrive at Delhi and tour the city

   • Proceed after breakfast to explore the major highlights of Delhi, the capital of India. Visit the major highlights of Old and New Delhi. The Old Delhi holds monuments in plenty dating back to Sultanate and Mughal era. 

   • Enjoy a walking tour of the old city to reach Jama Masjid in the morning and be a witness to the living traditions of Indian life. Stop by the colourful bazaars of fabric electronics, books, spices, etc.

   • Visit the Red Fort that houses the Deewan-e-Aam, Moti Mosque, Deewan-e-Khas, and many other royal pavilions. 

   • Head over to Humayun`s Tomb, another noteworthy structure. This is considered to be the precursor to the Taj Mahal as it is considered that the inspiration for the latter was derived from this place.

   • Check out the other monuments of interest: India Gate, Rajghat, and Rashtrapati Bhawan.

   • Visit the National Museum. 

   Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

2. Day 2: Drive from Delhi to Agra

   • Check out post breakfast and take the Yamuna Expressway to Agra that will take you approximately 3 hours.

   • The company representative will greet you at your hotel in Agra and assist you in the hotel check-in process.

   • Visit the Taj Mahal after freshening up at the hotel.

   • Proceed to visit Agra Fort after lunch. Your private tour guide will tell you about the life of Mughal rulers.

   • Visit the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula (if time permits) also known as The Baby Taj.

   • Enjoy the city tour of Agra with your private tour guide.

   • Savour your dinner in a multi-cuisine restaurant hosted by the tour operators in the evening.

   Stay overnight at the hotel.

3. Day 3: Travel to Jaipur

   • Drive to Jaipur post-breakfast.

   • Stop en route at the mysterious Fatehpur Sikri which is another UNESCO protected monument. Many of the locals believe it is haunted.

   • Continue your journey to Jaipur. Upon reaching Jaipur you will be greeted by our representatives at the hotel. 

   • Visit the beautiful Birla Mandir where you will attend the evening Aarti ceremony.

   Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

4. Day 4: Return from Jaipur to Delhi

   • Start your Jaipur city tour post-breakfast with the visit of Amber Fort, a beautiful representation of the Hindu style of architecture. 

   • Visit the City Palace housing Chandra Mahal and Mubarak palace. A part of the city palace has been converted into a museum while the other still is used by the royal family as their residence. 

   • Check out the Jantar Mantar observatory that has many old astronomical devices built by Sawai Raja Jai Singh. 

   Drive back to the Delhi airport or to the hotel in Delhi booked by you.
