Itinerary

1. Day 1: Drive to Petra and tour the Wadi Rum Valley

   • Meet the guide at an agreed-upon location.
   • Drive for 3 hours from Amman to the south toward the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra, which is considered one of the world's wonders.
   • Visit its towns, dams, and water channels and enjoy a walk along the narrow siq, a path which is the main entrance to the city. See Khazneh, which was believed to be a tomb for one of the Nabatean Kings.
   • Explore other monuments such as The Monastery and the Altar of Sacrifice.
   • Move towards Wadi Rum - called the Valley of the Moon. Movies like that 'Lawrence of Arabia' and 'The Martian' were filmed here.

   Overnight stay in a Bedouin camp inside the Rum Reserve in a unique spot whilst having dinner cooked according to Bedouin-style.

2. Day 2: Tour the beautiful Dead Sea

   • Meet the guide at an agreed-upon location.
   • Have a short visit of Wadi Rum in a 4x4 Jeep (Local Bedoiune cars). Wadi Rum is a uniquely shaped mountain that rises among the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish and golden colours.
   • Move to the Dead Sea, which sits over 1300 feet (432 m) below sea level. The Dead Sea is one of the most incredible places in the world. Its calm, shining water is known for the concentration of salt and minerals, making it a therapeutic and unique swimming experience not to be missed.
   • Enjoy some free time to swim before returning to your hotel in Amman.
