Itinerary

1. Agra City Tour

   • 05:00 AM - Meet your representative at your designated location. Move to the railway station in New Delhi to board the Shatabdi Express train to Agra.

   • 06:00 AM –  Depart from the railway station in Delhi and make your way to Agra. (Breakfast will be on board)

   • 08:10 AM – Arrive in Agra and meet your Agra tour guide/representative and begin the sightseeing tour of Agra.

   • 09:00 AM – Visit the historical monument of the Taj Mahal. Built by Mughal king Shah Jahan, 20000 workers worked to complete this beautiful monument in 20 years. Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal in the loving memory of his deceased wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the world. (Note – Taj Mahal remains closed on Friday)

   • 11:30 AM – Proceed to visit the glories of Agra Fort. It is also known as the Red Fort of Agra, as it has been made of red sandstone. Located at the banks of the Yamuna River, this fort was built by Mughal Emperor Akbar, and it was used as the residence by many other Mughal emperors.

   • 01:30 PM – Take a break for lunch. Enjoy some delicious local foods at one of Agra's famous local restaurants.

   • 02:30 PM – Move to Fatehpur Sikri, which is about 40 km away from Agra to visit Buland Darwaza, the Dargah of Sheikh Salim Chishti, Royal Mosque, Diwan-I-Khas, Jodha Bai’s Palace, Mariam’s Palace, Birbal’s Palace, House of the Turkish Sultana and Panch Mahal, Khwabgah (house of dreams), Anup Talao, Abdar Khana, Pachisi Court, Ankh Micholi, etc.

   • 07:30 PM – Savour handicrafts demonstrations existing in the city. There are marble inlay crafts, embroidered crafts and rugs demonstration among them. 

   • 8:30 PM – Move to the railway station to board the train back to Delhi.

   • 11:30 PM - Arrive at New Delhi railway station, and the representative will pick you up and drop you off at your designated location in Delhi.
