Experience a cooking class and admire the Hue countryside
- Start the tour after pick-up by the motorbike team from your hotel in Hue at 9:00 am.
- Pose for a memorial group photo at the designated meeting location.
- Sit behind your rider and get ready for a new experience. Capture the magnificent images of the green fields and flock of ducks swimming on the river, making a picturesque scene of the Vietnamese countryside.
- Arrive at the Thanh Toan village and tour the Communal House, Ngo & Tran family chapels for taking photos.
- Stop by the “Thanh Toan Eco home” for a short rest and enjoy a welcome drink. Stroll around the village, visit the local market, head to the Thanh Toan Tiled roof Bridge and tour the Agricultural tools Museum.
- See the many kinds of vegetables grown by local farmers, such as Malabar spinach, gourds, fibre melons and winter melons.
- Join a cooking class to learn three famous dishes of Hue (fig mixed shrimp and pork, pancake, spring roll) with the chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Hue specialities.
- Enjoy what you have just cooked and some other dishes of the restaurant to fully pack your stomach.
- Drive back to your hotel, end of your day trip with cooking class.
