Itinerary

Vienna - Admont Abbey - Hallstatt - Ort castle - Vienna
- 8:00 am - Departure from Vienna.
- 9:30 am - 10:00 am - Coffee break at Landzeit Schottwein on the highway.
- 11:30 am - 12:30 pm - Visit Admont Abbey, renowned for its baroque architecture and the largest monastic library in Austria.
- 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Explore Hallstatt, a picturesque village on Lake Hallstatt with a stunning mountain view and rich history.
- 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm - Stop at Castle Orth in Gmunden or Traunkirchen (depending on traffic), offering scenic views of Lake Traunsee.
- 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Coffee break at Landzeit Voralpenkreuz restaurant.
- 9:00 pm - Return to Vienna, concluding the tour.

The tour takes every Thursday and Saturday from 1 April to 31 October.

The tour is not recommended for infants.

It may be operated by a multi-lingual guide in English and Russian.

Depending on the group size, this tour will be conducted by minivan with a driver-guide or by bus with a licensed guide.

Please note that you will cover approx. 650 km. by motorway and Alpine roads on this day. It is approx. 8-hour drive with short breaks. You will spend approx. Forty minutes in Admont Abbey, max. 2½ hours in Hallstatt, 30 minutes in Gmunden.
