Itinerary

1. Day 1: Athens to Monemvasia via Fokianos

   • Pass by Paralia Fokianos, Fokiano: A wonderful beach approached via initially a magnificent coastal route and continuing via a mountainous twisty route. The views are truly majestic, and you will have a blast with the supreme landscape.

   • Stop at Kyparissi (Duration: 1 hour): Following a newly formed coastal route, drive from Fokainos to Kiparissi, a seaside village full of charm. The architecture, coupled with the unspoilt views towards the Aegean Sea, will truly captivate you. Have an excellent time relaxing in a seaside taverna and enjoying local specialities.

   • Visit Monemvasia, Laconia Region, Peloponnese (Duration: 5 hours): Monemvasiá, founded by the Byzantines in the sixth century, is a breathtaking medieval tower town located on the south-eastern coast of the Peloponnese which will be the place for your overnight stay. Explore this mystical stone-built settlement nestled at the edge of a big rock by the sea, and immerse yourself in a unique medieval atmosphere!

2. Day 2: Monemvasia Round Tour via Kastania Cave and Agia Marina

   • Enjoy a spectacular motorcycle ride starting from Monemvasia to Kastania Cave System, Kastania. The route is magnificent, and the cave is splendid. It has recently been opened to the public; it will captivate you with its natural beauty. (Duration: 2 hours)

   • Proceed to Agia Marina, Neapoli (Duration: 1 hour): The petrified palm forest that stretches along the coast from Korakas to Agia Marina is one of the most important parks in the country and Europe. The combination of petrified logs, rocks, and the sea create a rare beauty landscape.

3. Day 3: Monemvasia to Athens via Sparta and Mystras

   • Reach Leonidas Monument (King Leonidas statue), Sparta Municipality. (Duration: 15 minutes)

   • Continue to Mystras, Mystras, Sparta Municipality (Duration: 2 hours)

     • Be the knight or princess of your childhood fairytales in the Byzantine town of Mystras! Visit the mystical tower town of Mystras located six kilometres from NW of the city of Sparta.

     • Wander around the castle city and sense through the silence the city's sheer grandeur: the Palace of the Despots (Anaktora), the Houses of Laskaris and Frangopoulos, the beautiful Cathedral of Saint Dimitrios and the impressive Monasteries of Our Lady Pantánassa, and Οur Lady Perivleptos

     • Visit the Archaeological Museum and get a deep insight into the area's rich history.
