Itinerary

1. Day 1: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Lan Ha Bay

   • 9:00 – 9:30: Your Vietnamese tour guide will pick you up near Hanoi Old Quarter to travel to O'Gallery Private Lounge. The journey takes only 2.5 hours on the new highway road by our luxury limousine van. 
   • Noon: Arrive at O'Gallery Private Lounge, take a short rest and be warmly welcomed by our staff with a welcome tea.
   • 12:30 - 13:00: Transfer to the cruise. Get on board and enjoy your welcome drink; clean yourself with a wet cold/warm towel while listening to cruise briefing.
   • 13:00: Delicious lunch is served in THE LEAF Restaurant.
   • 15:00 – 16:30: Visit the great Dark and Bright Cave, one of the area's most iconic and historic caves.
   • 17:00: Make use of the "Happy Hour – buy 2 get one free" program for all drinks on board at THE POND Bar and make memorable moments with your family and friends during a gorgeous sunset by the bay.
   • Spoil yourself with a signature spa treatment at THE MUD Spa (at surcharge)
   • 18:00: Attend a cooking class with our professional Chef on board and learn how to cook the most famous and delicious Vietnamese dishes. 
   • 19:30: Dinner is served in our 5-star THE LEAF Restaurant.
   • 21:00 – 22:00: Go squid fishing or join the movie night to watch classic Vietnamese movies.

2. Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Viet Hai Village

   • 6:15: Start a beautiful day with a meditation session on the sundeck.
   • 7:00: Light breakfast is served with an extensive tea demonstration in THE LEAF Restaurant.
   • 8:00: Guests are transferred to the Exploration Day Boat.
   • 9:00 – 11:00: Join the cycling and trekking tour to Viet Hai village.
   • 12:00 – 13:30: Return to the Exploration Day Boat and enjoy lunch on board.
   • 13:30 – 15:30: Enjoy kayak rowing, swimming around the Ba Trai Dao area and enjoying the beautiful nature.
   • 16:00: Return to O’Gallery Lotus Cruise. Pamper yourself with your favourite spa treatment at our signature THE MUD Spa (at surcharge).
   • 17:00: Have a great time with special “Happy Hour – buy 2 get 1 free” program for all drinks on board at THE POND Bar and make memorable moments with your family and friends.
   • 18:00: Attend a cooking class with our professional chef on board and learn how to cook the most famous and delicious Vietnamese dishes. 
   • 19:00: Dinner is served in our 5-star THE LEAF Restaurant.
   • 21:00 – 22:00: Try your luck with squid fishing or enjoy our Vietnamese classic movie night. Make use of the "Happy Hour – buy 1 get 1 free” program at THE POND Bar.

3. Day 3: Lan Ha Bay – Hai Phong – Hanoi

   • 6:15: Take part in the morning meditation session on the sundeck.
   • 7:00: Light breakfast is served with an extensive tea demand station in THE LEAF Restaurant.
   • 7:30: Join a kayak rowing and swimming activity while freely discovering the beauty of nature around the Tra Bau area.
   • 9:30: Check-out of the cabin.
   • 9:45: Brunch is served on board.
   • 11:30: Return O’Gallery Private Lounge. A luxury limousine van transfers you back to Hanoi.
   • 14:30 Arrive back at your hotel in Hanoi.

4. Day 4: Hanoi – Sapa – Lao Chai Ta Van

   • 06:00 – 06:30: Depart for Sapa by a luxurious bus, following Noi Bai – Lao Cai high-way. Along the way, contemplate the beauty of northwest mountains about whether the terraced fields are sparkling in sunlight or dimming in thick fog. 
   • Have a short break for 30 minutes then continue the trip to Sapa.
   • 13:00: Arrive in Sapa, check-in to the hotel and have lunch.
   • After lunch, the guide will pick you up from the hotel.
   • Join a trek down to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Dzay tribes. 
   • Continue your descent to the bottom of Muong Hoa valley to visit Ta Van village which is home to the Dzay minority. This is the most beautiful ethnic village in the area.
   • Check-in the homestay; get to know the family of Dzay People. 
   • Spend time to enjoy the mountain life.
   • Participate in cooking local dishes with the family and enjoy dinner in peace.
   • In the evening, head to the local bar with music and socialize with other tourists. 
   • Enjoy the overnight at our local homestay with the family. The accommodation for the evening is clean, basic bedding and mosquito nets are provided, along with a western toilet & shower. 
   • Sleep on the mattresses on the floor in a mixed-gender dormitory.

5. Day 5: Giang Ta Chai villages – Sapa – Hanoi

   • Enjoy breakfast at our homestay at 8:00.
   • After breakfast, start the day with an easy trek of 5 km to visit villages of the H’mong. The trekking will take you along local paths, up and down rice terraces and into the villages and homes of local hill tribes. 
   • Enjoy a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge with picturesque landscapes on the way to the main road to get to the jeep and return to return to Sapa.
   • 2:00 PM: The bus will pick you up from Ta Van village to Sapa Town. Enjoy your free time in Sapa for refreshments.
   • Leave for Ha Noi at 3 PM with a takeaway sandwich made by our staff.
   • 21:30: Arrive in Ha Noi.

6. Day 6: Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Mua Cave

   • 8:10: The driver and tour guide pick you up at the hotel or meeting point in the Old Quarter to get to Ninh Binh province which is located in the south of Northern Vietnam.
   • 9:30: Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 986 to 1010. See the Ding king temple and Le king temple.
   • 10:30: Visit Mua Cave(Dancing cave), where you can get the impressive panoramic view of Tam Coc and Ninh Binh city when you reach the top point of Ngoa mountain (about 500 stone steps).
   • 12 PM: Enjoy the set menu of Vietnamese cuisine at lunch at Wonderland bungalow. (cooking class activity is available)
   • 13:00: Discover Tam Coc (Three water caves) on the sampan (bamboo boat) in almost 2 hours. Pass through 3 caves: Hang Ca- first cave, Hang Hai- second cave, Hang Ba- the third cave by boat.
   • 15:00: Cycle and feel amazed by the beauty of the countryside of North Vietnam. 
   • 16:00: After discovering the amazing beauty of Ninh Binh by walking, hiking, cycling, tourists can relax by swimming, drinking local tea, fresh fruits while the Sun is setting (swimming in the allowable condition)
   • After the trip you will be picked up and sent to your homestay in Ninh Binh - Ham Rong homestay to take a rest, shower, dinner.
   • Around 20:30, the car will take you to Ninh Binh train station to take a night train to Hue.

   The train departs at 21:47.

7. Day 7: Hue – Hoi An

   Start time: Around 9:00 from Hue train station.

   • Go on a full-day trip from Hue to Hoi An by motorbike through a scenic coastal route.
   • Leave Hue in the morning and stop at Elephant Springs, where you can wade in the rock pools.
   • Next, stop for photos at Lang Co Beach before travelling over the Hai Van Pass. Hai Van means “Sea of Clouds”, and while crossing the top of the pass, you are surrounded by clouds on one side with stunning ocean views on the other.
   • Next, travel through Da Nang to a stop at the famous China Beach made of fine white sand.
   • Go to the Marble Mountains (5 marble outcrops topped with delicate pagodas).

   Finish time: approx 16:30.
