Itinerary

1. Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on Cozy Bay Cruise

   • 7:45 – 8:15: A shuttle bus and a Vietnamese tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.
   • 8:45: Depart to Halong Bay for 3.5 hours.
   • 10:15: Arrive in Hai Duong province, and have a 20-30 minute short break.
   • 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor.
   • 12:20: Enjoy a welcome drink at Cozy Bay Cruise and get a brief introduction about the cruise and safety guidelines.
   • Check into your air-conditioned.
   • 12:30: Enjoy a special lunch of traditional Vietnamese dishes while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay and admiring the fascinating rock formations.
   • 15:00: Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprising cave).
   • 16:00: Cruise to Titop Island to get a view of the surroundings of Halong Bay or enjoy swimming by the romantic, sandy beaches. 
   • 17:15: Come back to Cozy Bay Cruise and take a shower. Relax on the sundeck and watch the sunset while seated on comfortable lounge chairs. Drink a cocktail or read a book.
   • 18:00: Enjoy a sunset party and a cooking class to make a fresh noodle roll.
   • 19:00: Enjoy your dinner as you overlook the sea from the window at night.
   • 20:30: Indulge in some sports games like Squid Fishing, Singing karaoke, or playing puzzle games.

   Overnight on boat: Clean, air-conditioned room.

2. Day 2: Halong Bay – Pearl Farm Visiting – Kayaking – Cruising back to Harbor – Hanoi

   • 6:00: Wake up early in the morning to see the sunrise on the sundeck.
   • 7:00: Get a morning view of the bay landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast.
   • 7:40: Visit the Pearl Farm. The pearls in Halong are the most renowned in Vietnam, and farming and retrieving pearls takes years.
   • 8:30: Do kayaking to explore Halong Bay.
   • 10:00: Enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.
   • 10:45: Enjoy the lunch while cruising back to Tuan Chau Harbour.
   • 12:00: Cozy Bay Cruise will dock at Halong Bay harbour. 
   • 12:30: Return to Hanoi by shuttle bus.
   • 14:30: Stopover in Hai Duong province for a short break.
   • 16:30: Arrive in Hanoi and end your trip.

3. Day 3: Hanoi - Sapa - Lao Chai Ta Van (Lunch & Dinner)

   • 06:00 – 06:30: Pick up at the hotel or the meeting point.
   • Depart to Sapa by Limousine Bus, following Noi Bai – Lao Cai high-way. Along the way, contemplate the beauty of northwest mountains, terraced fields sparkling in sunlight or getting dim in thick fog.
   • Have a short break for 30 minutes and continue the trip to Sapa.
   • 13:00: Arrive in Sapa, check-in at the hotel and have lunch.
   • After lunch, join the trek down to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Dzay tribes with the guide.
   • Keep going along the bottom of Muong Hoa valley to visit Ta Van village, home to the Dzay minority. This is the most beautiful ethnic village in the area. 
   • Get to know the family of the Dzay People.
   • Spend time to enjoy mountain life. See how the locals cook dishes with the family and enjoy dinner in peace. 
   • In the evening,  join the local bar nearby and socialize with other tourists. 

   Overnight at a local homestay with the family.

4. Day 4: Giang Ta Chai villages - Sapa - Hanoi (Breakfast & Lunch)

   • Enjoy your breakfast at the homestay before starting the tour at 8 am.
   • After breakfast, start the day with an easy trek of 5 km to visit villages. 
   • Trek along the local paths, up and down rice terraces, and into the villages and homes of local hill tribes.
   • Enjoy a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge with a picturesque landscape as you return through a bamboo forest on the way to the main road to get to the jeep and return to Sapa.
   • 2:00 pm: The bus will pick you up from Ta Van village to Sapa Town. Enjoy your free time in Sapa for refreshment.
   • Around 3:00 pm: Eat a takeaway sandwich on your way to Hanoi.
   • 3:30 pm: Arrive in Ha Noi.

5. Day 5: Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Mua cave

   • 8:10: You driver and tour guide pick you up at the hotel or meeting point in the Old Quarter to get to Ninh Binh province, located in the south of Northern Vietnam.
   • 9:30: Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 986-1010 and proceed to Ding king Temple and Le king Temple in the 10th century, find out the heroic histories of these two Kings in Chinese Wars.
   • 10:30: Visit Mua Cave(Dancing cave), where you can get the impressive panoramic view of Tam Coc and Ninh Binh city when you reach the top point of Ngoa Long mountain(about 500 stone steps).
   • 12:00: Enjoy the set Vietnamese cuisine lunch at Wonderland bungalow. (cooking class activity is available)
   • 13:00: Discover Tam Coc (Three water caves) on the sampan (bamboo boat) in almost 2 hours. Pass through 3 caves: Hang Ca- first cave, Hang Hai- second cave, Hang Ba- the third cave by boat.
   • 15:00: Cycle and get amazed by the beauty of the countryside in the North of Vietnam.
   • 16:00: After discovering the unique beauty of Ninh Binh by walking, hiking, cycling, tourists can relax by swimming, drinking local tea, fresh fruits while the sun is setting (swimming in the acceptable condition).
   • 17:00: Depart from Ninh Binh.
   • 18:45-19:00: Reach your hotel in Hanoi to mark the end of this trip.
