Wadi El Natrun Tour
- Drive in a modern air-conditioned vehicle to Wadi El-Natrun, the actual birthplace for Christian monasticism. Then, there were about 50 monasteries; only four survive currently.
- Visit Deir al-Baramus with your Egyptologist tour guide. It is the oldest and, in many ways, the most isolated monastery.
- Proceed to Anba Bishoy Monastery, where the saint's body is still kept.
- End your trip by examining Deir El-Suryani, the smallest and most compact of the 4 monasteries.
