Itinerary

Day 1: Manas airport-Skazka Canyon (4-5hours) - Barskoon gorge (40-50 min)- Karakol city ( 2-2.5 hours)
Your Kyrgyzstan tour guide will pick you up you from the airport to a 3-Star hotel where you can have a rest if your flight reached midnight or very early in the morning.
After a couple of hours, we will drive to the supermarket where you can buy some snacks for your breakfast.
On the first day of the trip, travel to Karakol city (Issyk-Kul province), on the way you will visit Burana Tower, Fairy Tale canyon and Barskoon gorge.
Your first big stop will be at the Burana complex. Visit the tower, which dates back to the X-XI centuries. Burana is one of the oldest structures in the territory of Kyrgyzstan. We will explore all the interesting places within the historical complex and then continue to Issyk-Kul.
Around noon, arrive at a local cafe where you will try fresh fried Kyrgyz bread "Kattama" or have lunch.
After the meal, proceed to the Fairy Tale canyon.
Located 40-50 minutes from Fairy tale canyon is one of the most beautiful gorges – Barskoon gorge, where we will visit a waterfall called “Tears of snow leopard ". The road to the gorge is the direction to the biggest gold mine in Kyrgyzstan. Also, you will see the monument of the first spaceman -Yuri Gagarin who, according to a local legend, landed there.
Later this evening, reach Karakol, and have a taste of various Dungan dishes at a Dungan family home and learn about the Dungan people who settled down in Karakol in the 19th century.

Day 2: Karakol (city tour) - Cholpon Ata (lunch, Ruh ordo complex) (2.5-3hours) - Bishkek (4 hours)
After breakfast, leave the guest house and take a walk in the city of Karakol, which is very interesting with attractions like Russian Orthodox Cathedral, Dungan Mosque, and charming souvenir shops.
Leave Karakol city by the northern shore of Issyk-Kul lake.
In Cholpon- Ata, head to the cultural complex, Ruh Ordo, known as the Museum of Five Religions.
After exploring the museum, go for lunch and in the evening drive to Manas airport. If it is a private tour then you will have time to make a stop in Bishkek at a coffee shop, from where a taxi will take you to the airport.
