Itinerary

December 31st In New York
- 9 am until 12 noon -- Pick up your documents and credentials at the tour office desk in the rear lobby of the Sheraton NY Times Square Hotel.
- 6 pm - 8 pm -- Using your NYPD-approved credentials, enter the Times Square area.
- 8 pm --The party begins! You'll be welcomed by your New York hosts and photographers to our 23rd-floor venue - right at Ball height. Enjoy hors d' oeuvres as you meet your fellow partiers.
- 8 pm - 12:30 am -- The bars are open for your favourite beverages.
- 9:15 pm -- Dinner buffet begins.
- 10 pm -- Dance as the DJ plays your favourites, or enjoy the roving magician.
- 11:30 pm -- The dessert buffet is served as you prepare for the big countdown.
- 12 midnight -- With champagne in hand, toast the New Year as you watch the Ball Drop and the Central Park fireworks.
