Italian Country Kitchen!
- After meeting the chef, prepare the iconic Italian dishes. This is not a fixed menu experience; let the chef know what interests you, match the other participants' needs and define which dishes will be prepared. Examples (not limited to) are Pasta, Lasagne, Gnocchi, Ravioli, Risotto, Parmigiana, Caponata, Ossobuco, Involtini, Cannoli, Tiramisù, Panna cotta, Zabaione. Whenever possible, you will use organic ingredients, locally sourced.
- As the chef's home is located in the Ticino Natural Park, you will enjoy the beautiful natural environment. Have lunch in the wood, literally enjoying food and complimentary beer or wine.
- Outside the chef's property, you will be able to have a walk in the woods trying to spot the different animals that live in there: foxes, hares, dormice, wild boars, buzzards, cuckoos, woodpeckers, etc.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, lunch will be held in the living room of the chef's home that has large windows overlooking the woods.
