Xian Terracotta Army & City Wall Group Day Tour
- Pick up from the hotel lobby at 8:00-9:00 am. On the way to Terracotta Warriors Museum, stop at a terracotta figurine factory where you can see how the warriors were made and have the opportunity to purchase some as a souvenir.
- Explore the Terracotta Warriors & Horses Museum, which is famous for a surprisingly high level of sculpture. The original site of the Terracotta Museum was found by four local farmers while drilling a well in 1974. Now it has turned into one of the most influential attractions in Xian. The museum includes Pit 1( the largest), Pit 2 and Pit 3, the bronze chariots and the horses' exhibition hall.
- After a typical Chinese-style lunch, continue to visit Xian Ancient City Wall, the most preserved and the largest existing city wall in China. It was originally built in the Ming Dynasty for military defence and is now a symbol of Xian. You have an option to ride a bike on the top of it and enjoy the amazing view of the entire city area inside the City Wall.
- After all the activities, head back to your hotel. The tour will end around 5 pm to 6 pm according to your travel pace and traffic condition.
