In the morning, your Jaipur driver will take you to the Yoga Session.
Start the session with an introduction to Yoga, wherein your expert yoga instructor will impart you some knowledge about the history of Yoga and its practices. The practice of yoga is a group of mental, physical, and spiritual practices or disciplines that came into existence in ancient India, back to the pre-Vedic traditions with mentions in the Rig Veda.
