Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj
Meet your tour guide at a pre-decided location in Delhi and drive to Agra via the Delhi-Agra Expressway. Stop for refreshments on the way and reach Agra by 9:30 AM.
- Proceed to the Taj Mahal. Built in white marble by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century as a tribute to his deceased wife, Mumtaz Mahal, this monument is known world-over for its spectacular beauty and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
After lunch, make your way to the Agra Fort. Built in red sandstone by Akbar in 1565, this imposing structure is a sight to behold. Walk through corridors, palaces, and royal halls and understand India's rich Mughal past.
