Description
Embark on this journey of exploring the two distinguished landscapes of Namibia, the Namib Desert and the Etosha National Park. Start from Sossusvlei, a land of unique geographical formation, passing through the scenic route of Spreetshoogte Pass. Hop on a safari ride to spot the Big 4 in the Etosha National Park and sit and relax at the famous nature sites of Sesriem Canyon and Walvis Bay, where your eyes will be graced by the site of flamingos and other bird species.

Day 1: Airport - Windhoek
- Meet the tour guide, who will pick you up at the Hosea Kutako International Airport and transfer you to Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia.
- After your long journey, you will be dropped off at the Windhoek West Guest House.

Day 2: Windhoek - Sossusvlei
- Have breakfast, and from the Windhoek West Guest House go straight on the way south to the world-famous Sossusvlei via scenic Spreetshoogte Pass.
- Make a stop-over at the viewpoint to appreciate the endless view of the Namib Desert. Enjoy lunch at the Solitaire oasis.
- Arrive at the lodge or campsite around 3-4 pm. Dinner will be served here.

Day 3: Explore Sossusvlei
- Start early to catch the soft light of the sunrise over the Namib Desert. Passing through Sesriem, we continue towards Sossusvlei with sand dunes rising above us on either side of the road.
- Stop at the famous Dune 45. After breakfast, take a Namib desert walk in the cool of the morning.
- Go for a short excursion to Sesriem Canyon in the afternoon.

Day 4: Namib Naukluft Park to Swakopmund
- Cross the Tropic of Capricorn and traverse the Gaub and Kuiseb Passes.
- Stop at Walvis Bay to enjoy views of flamingos and other birds and visit the salt works.
- Stay overnight in Swakopmund. Dinner tonight is at the client's own expense in a local restaurant.

Day 5: Swakopmund to Etosha National Park
- Head to Etosha National Park, and we make a stop in Usakos to fill up with fuel. Picnic lunch along the way.
- Arrive at Etosha Safari Lodge in the afternoon.

Day 6: Game Drive in Etosha National Park
- Have breakfast, and start our full-day game drive in Etosha National Park. The early morning hours provide time for magnificent exploration as you visit the waterholes.
- Visit the Etosha pan (salt pan) before game driving across the park in search of the “Big 4” and other animal species. A light lunch will be provided at Okaukuejo/ Halali along the way.

Day 7: Etosha to Windhoek
- Be prepared for the long, scenic transit back to Windhoek.
- Pass by towns and rural areas, stopping at the small town of Okahandja, the home of Namibia’s largest wood carving market. The stalls operate on a local co-operative basis and offer a vast array of truly Namibian souvenirs.
- Arrive in Windhoek late afternoon/early evening.
