Itinerary

Day 1- Arrival in Aut
- Upon arrival at AUT in the morning, connect with the tour guide and transfer to the campsite.
Post breakfast, the guide will brief you about the location as well as the day-wise itinerary.
Feel free to rest or indulge in indoor/outdoor games.
After the evening tea is served, have a brief session on "Wellness as a Way of Life" by our expert.
Dinner, bonfire and overnight at the campsite (B/L/D).

Day 2- Aut - Serolsar Lake
- Begin the day with a sunrise yoga session followed by breakfast.
Later, proceed for a trek to Serolsar Lake. This trek will pass through the dense forests of Jaloda and Kansar.
Enroute, see natural caves, water streams, pristine scenery and many bounties of nature.
A rejuvenating surprise activity awaits you once we reach the campsite, followed by a sumptuous dinner.
Overnight stay at the campsite (B/L/D).

Day 3- Jalori Pass
- Start the day with another refreshing sunrise yoga session.
After breakfast, head to Jalori Pass, which gets featured in several Bollywood movies.
Recharge your batteries with an energizing Pranayam session in the evening, as our expert guides you on the path of self-discovery.
Wind up the day with enchanting music, a bonfire and dinner.
Overnight stay at the campsite (B/L/D).

Day 4- Cheni Kothi
- It’s time to plunge headlong into yoga and learn the art of staying fit with a curated yoga session meant to provide a full-body workout.
After breakfast, visit Cheni Kothi, a brilliant Kath Kuni Style architecture specimen. Also, get a glimpse of the simple lifestyle of a mountain village.
In the evening, reconnect once again with yourself as our expert conducts yet another session of Pranayam.
End the day with a bonfire and dinner.
Overnight stay at the campsite (B/L/D).

Day 5- Departure
- Today, wake up and experience the energy and joy of a partner yoga sequence that helps build trust and confidence.
Later, prepare yourself for departure as we drop you at AUT after lunch (B/L).
