Day 1: Manaus - Paricatuba
You will be picked up from Manaus by a Brazilian tour guide. Travel to a rainforest lodge in the small village of Paricatuba, located approximately 52 miles (85 km) from Manaus and explore the plant and animal life of the Amazon rainforest.
Paddle a canoe through the small tributaries of the Rio Negro to fish for piranhas.
Set out after dark to see alligators and other nocturnal life in the jungle.
Trek through the forest with a nature guide to learn about medicinal plants and their traditional uses.
Have dinner and stay the night at the lodge.

Day 2: Paricatuba - Manaus
Spend some time among nature and use the lodge facilities.
Depart from the lodge and start your boat trip back to Manaus.
