Visit archaeological sites near Cusco
You will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco by your Peruvian tour guide and start the tour.
Visit the archaeological site of Saqsaywaman, built by the Incas from massive stones weighing more than 300 tons. The place was the most important military base for the empire.
Explore Qenqo, a large rock that was used by the Incas for ceremonial purposes with an intricate network of underground passageways.
See Puka Pukara, a site of military ruins which is also known as 'Red Fort'.
You will then visit Tambomachay, one of the most important archaeological sites, consisting of aqueducts, canals and waterfalls.
Head back to Cusco for a walking tour through the city and then return to your hotel.
