Description
Embark on a safari to the Samburu Reserve is about 40 square miles and lies partly in the Northern Frontier District. Go on thrilling fame drives and spot several animals in the Reserve such as the Gravy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich and different species of birds.
Itinerary

Day 1 - Nairobi – Samburu
Be picked from your Nairobi hotel by your Kenyan tour guide/driver.
Immediately depart for Samburu passing through the equator line to Samburu land.
Arrive with a short game drive en route to the camp for lunch.
After lunch, relax before a game drive at 4 p.m. Samburu Park has unique residents, including the Reticulated Giraffe, Gravy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue legged Somali Ostrich.
Dinner and overnight.
Overnight Meals: Lunch & Dinner.

Day 2 - Samburu
After breakfast, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives searching for unique northern Kenya species such as the reticulated giraffe, beisa oryx, Gravy’s zebra, and the long-necked gerenuk. Much of the reserve consists of desert landscapes, dusty red plains broken by thorny scrub, featuring dramatic views of Mt Ol Olokwe on the horizon. Lunch will be served at the camp.
- Proceed for evening dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 - Samburu – Nairobi
- After breakfast, depart with a game drive from Samburu back to Nairobi.
