Day 1- Explore the Highlights of Kyoto
- Meet your tour guide to visit Fushimi Inari Grand Shrine. Founded in 711 A.D., it is no.1 in popularity in Japan amongst foreign tourists.
Head to Nijo Castle, built by Shogun- Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1603.
Learn about the Ninomaru Palace of Nijo Castle, a historical spot being the stage of the "Last Samurai," which leads to the last shogun's declaration of returning his power to the imperial family.
Witness the 'gold leaves' covered pavilions in the Kinkaku-Ji Temple, built by Shogun- Ashikaga Yoshimitsu in 1397.
Stroll through Gion Street. Located on the 4th Street (central part) of Kyoto City, the town of Maiko-san and Geiko-san are well-known for female traditional Japanese dancers with kimonos.

Day 2- Visit the Toda-Ji Temple and Nara Town
- Start from Todai-Ji Temple. Built in the early 8th century, the temple contains the Great Statue of Buddha.
Visit the Kasuga Grand Shrine, built in 768 and famous for deer, who are considered messengers of this great shrine.
Proceed to Kofuku-Ji Temple. Built in 669 by the wife (empress) of Emperor Tenchi, and now there are several fascinating temples in the same compound.
Explore the traditional residential buildings and warehouses at Naramachi or Nara Town, a former merchant district.

Day 3- Experience the Beauty of Osaka
Visit Osaka Castle. It was originally built in the late 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, once a national ruler of Japan.
Witness the whole of Osaka City from the top of the Umeda Sky Building. It was completed in 1993 and is 173 meters high.
Stroll through the gourmet town of Totonbori. There is also an artificial river running in the centre of this town.
