Description

Go on one of the world’s most challenging treks for one of the most rewarding mountain experiences in the world. You will be hiking through the Khurdopin Pass that will take one to the center of the Karakoram Range and also cross the Snow Lake, a high-altitude glacial basin.

Itinerary

Islamabad, Naran, besham
- Get picked up at the airport.
- Drive to Besham/Naran with lunch on-route.
- Check-in upon arriving at Besham/Naran for dinner and overnight stay.
Besham/ naran/ hunza
- Drive to Gilgit, Hunza after breakfast with lunch on-route.
- Make a stop at the Rakhaposi viewpoint.
- Check-in upon arriving at Hunza Karimabad for dinner and overnight stay.
Hunza / shimshal
- Drive to Shimshal after breakfast.
- Make a stop at Attabad Lake.
- Enjoy lunch at Gulmit.
- Check-in upon arriving at Shimshal for dinner and overnight stay.
Shimshal chegchag / trek
- Trek to Chagchage after breakfast with lunch on-route.
- Arrive at campsite for dinner and overnight stay.

Namla/skardu
- Hike to Asholi after breakfast.
- Enjoy lunch at Asholi.
- Drive to Skardu city in a jeep.
- Check-in upon arriving at Skardu for dinner and overnight stay.
Skardu / besham/naran
- Drive to Besham/Naran after breakfast with lunch en-route.
- Check-in upon arriving at Besham/Naran for dinner and overnight stay.
Besham/naran/ islamabad
- Drive to Islamabad after breakfast with lunch en-route.
- Head to the airport upon arrival.

What's Included

Cost Includes:

Accommodation: on twin sharing basis at standard category hotels in towns, 02 person dome tent during the trek.

Meals: half board at hotels, Full board during the trek.

Transport: Air-conditioned transport on Karakoram Highway, Soft top 4x4 jeeps to trek head & trek end.

Camping Facilities: 02 Pax dome tents with matrices, dining tent floor seating, a kitchen tent with complete kitchenette and staff, toilet tent.

Portage: 15 High Porter for the pass and 15 Low Porter from Shimshal to Abdul Jushi Camp then High altuite HPs. Carry on the end of the trek.

Kitchen staff: 01 Chief /Cook.

Guide: Experienced English speaking mountain guide.

What's Excluded

Domestic/International airfare and airport taxes.

Any expense due to forced measures, cancellation of flight, landslides, natural calamities, acts of God, forced majeure: beyond the control of Rock Valley Tours, their staff and suppliers.

Any expense of personal nature not mentioned above.

Trekking Terms and Conditions:

Every member must keep his/her CNIC Passport.

Members have to report 24 Hour before departure time.

Only 10 Kg Cargo bags are allowed & every member is responsible and has to carry his/her own luggage.

Travelling& Heath insurance.

Covid19 PCR test.

Know Before You Go

Important:

Foreigner client must share their passport copy, 02 passport size photographs, full detail for trek permission requirement.

If any member leaves the trek at any stage, the organization will not be liable to refund the payment.

Terms and Conditions:

Using drugs or intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited.

If anyone is caught using any kind of substance on buses or during the trip, they will be expelled from the trip on the spot. That person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them.

In such a case, the registered participants will receive a full refund.

On adventure trip of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary.

It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the leader of the group and guide will decide what the best alternative is, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group

Smoking in the transportation mode is strictly prohibited.

Participants must hold a valid Computerized CNIC/Passport Card.

Time management/punctuality is strictly recommended.

Participants are advised to use Non-Slippery Shoes/Boot/Joggers/DMS. Participants must NOT wear Heel/Dress Shoes.

On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air-conditioned of the buses will be operational on an on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.

The RVT will not be responsible for any injury/damage/loss.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations upto 2 days before the tour -

Refund of 80% of the tour price.
