Description
Enjoy good wine, home-made bread and the special "Alcatra" ( regional Terceira's dish) cooked in a great wood oven, in the middle of a spectacular view in Terceira Island. Make everything together, starting from the home-made bread and eat it with local butter and cheese. End the day with an amazing sunset view on the ocean coast, and then return back to the hotel.

Terceira Island cooking tour with sunset view
Spend the whole day together, starting from your hotel, and driving to the woods where the fire will be ready. Start cooking altogether, our home-made bread and the Alcatra, knowing all the secrets of this ancient recipe. Put everything inside the wood oven and as we wait, we will eat BBQ Pancetta, local cheese and sausages whilst drinking the best Portuguese wines.
Take a healthy walk inside the wood (or small trekking for the more sportsmen) and eat our dishes in the "house of wood".
End the day with an amazing sunset view on the ocean coast, and then return back to the hotel.
