Itinerary

1. Day 1- Arrive in Istanbul

   • Meet with your Turkish guide at the Istanbul International Ataturk airport and get transferred to your hotel. You will be given your room key, and the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul.

   Overnight stay in Istanbul.

2. Day 2- Istanbul City Tour

   • Depart at 09:00 for the Istanbul city tour.

   • Begin with the ancient Hippodrome, which was the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine.

   • Continue to see the Sultanahmet Mosque across from St. Sophia, built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet. It is also known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles.

   • Arrive at our last stop, which is the famous Hagia Sophia. This ancient basilica was built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and was reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century. 

   • After the tour, you will have the option to experience the Bosphorus Cruise. You will have the chance to enjoy magnificent views of the Bosphorus waterway, which connects Asia to Europe. 

   Overnight stay in Istanbul. (Breakfast included)

3. Day 3- Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise & Shopping Tour

   • Pick up at 08:30 am from the hotel and depart for the Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour. 

   • Visit the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar). The air here is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme and every other conceivable herb and spice. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, marble palaces, fortresses, and small fishing villages.

   • During the excursion, you will see the magnificent sights of the following attractions from your boat: Dolmabahce Palace, Yildiz Palace, Ciragan Palace, Ortakoy Rumeli Fortress, Beylerbeyi Palace, Bosphorus Bridge and the Camlica Hill - the highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it, you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul.

   • Shopping tour (after cruise): Experience Turkish women's traditional silk weaving skills at the carpet weaving courses provided by the Ministry of National Education. You will get the opportunity to see jewellery, handcrafts centre and a modern leatherwear show. Enjoy the experience of shopping whilst gaining knowledge of the ancient craftsmen.

   Overnight stay in Istanbul. (Breakfast included)

4. Day 4- Depart from Istanbul

   • After breakfast, check out of the hotel.
