Description
Walk into this impressive forest area in south-western Uganda. Explore the Bwindi National Park, which is a part of the Bwindi Forest and is situated on the edge of the Albertine Rift and therefore promises excellent landscapes views. Track, spot and observe mountain gorillas here.
Itinerary

Day 1: Kigali to Bwindi
Pick up from Kigali International airport, meet our Rwandan guide, and get transferred to the Bwindi forest area.
Drive through the Cyanika border post to reach the southern part of Bwindi in Rushaga.
Dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Lodge/Bwindi lodge/ Gorilla Safari Lodge (luxury) or sleep in Kabale for low budget with basic accommodations.

Day 2: Bwindi National Park
- Have breakfast at 6:30 am, and get ready for gorilla spotting.
- Trace the rare mountain gorillas inside the Bwindi National park area. This entire exercise can take about 2-7 hours, depending on the speed at which we go and find the mountain gorillas.
- Drive back to Kigali for Airport drop-off.
