Itinerary

1. Day 1- Arrival in Tehran

   • Arrive at Tehran International Airport, meet and greet your tour guide and transfer to the hotel.

   • After a short rest, tour the National Museum of Iran. This museum contains some prestigious relics influential in shaping the world’s culture and civilization.

   • Visit the Golestan Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is one of the oldest historic monuments belonging to a group of royal buildings in Tehran.

   • End day at the Tehran traditional grand bazaar area.

2. Day 2- Tehran

   • Head to the north of Tehran and witness the Qajar and Pahlavi histories at Sa’dabad Palace Museum, Niavaran Palace and Tajrish Traditional Bazaar areas.

3. Day 3- Tehran - Shiraz

   • In the morning, head to the Mehrabad airport to take a flight for Shiraz. Shiraz is the city of poetry, flower, nightingale, culture and history.

   • Visit the tombs of two famous Iranian Poets - Hafez and Saadi for a glimpse of Iranian literature.

4. Day 4- Shiraz - Persepolis - Shiraz

   • In the morning, visit the Eram and Narenjestan Gardens.

   • Drive towards Marvdasht and explore magnificent Persepolis- a UNESCO World Heritage site, Achaemenids palaces and reliefs, Naghsh-e- Rostam, and Naghsh-e-Rajab, dating back to 2500 years ago, en route.

5. Day 5- Shiraz - Pasargadae - Yazd

   • Drive to Yazd.

   • En route, stop by the most important historical sites of Iranian civilization, dating back to 2500 years ago - Pasargadae, where the tomb of Cyrus the Great lies.

6. Day 6- Yazd

   • Explore the old Yazd district and observe the simple lifestyles and hospitality of the people living here.

   • Some other highlights worth seeing here include the Amir Chakhmagh Complex, Fahaadan old neighbourhood, Zeyaeyeh School (Aleksandra Prison), Water Museum, Jameh Mosque, Zoroastrian old Fire Temple, and the tallest wind tower at Dolatabad Garden.

7. Day 7- Yazd - Isfahan

   • From Yazd, drive towards Isfahan.

   • On the way, explore Meybod and take halts at caravansary inn, Chaparkhane (old post center), Pigeon Tower, Narin Castle, Ceramic shops, Pirneya Museum and an old Water Reservoir.

8. Day 8- Isfahan

   • This morning is fully dedicated to the Isfahan city tour. Visit the Naqsh-e Jahan Square (UNESCO Site) flanked by azure-tiled mosques, including Sheikh Lotf-ol- lah and Imam Mosques, and then see the Ali Qapu palace and the entrance to a vast bazaar area here.

   • Proceed to see the Jameh Mosque (Masjed-e Jāmé), another UNESCO Site and delve into traditional bazaar areas full of eye-catching handicrafts.

9. Day 9- Isfahan

   • Visit popular city highlights, such as Vank Cathedral, Armenian neighborhood areas, Chehel Sotun Palace and the traditional Bazaar areas for the best local handicrafts.

10. Day 10- Isfahan - Abyaneh - Kashan

    • In Kashan, tour around the spectacular village of Abyaneh, a village of great antiquity, which is like a living architectural and anthropological museum dating back to the Safavid Era. The simplicity found in the houses affords a picture of life in rural areas of Iran.

    • Then, explore the beautiful Fin garden, another UNESCO World Heritage Site and also the historical houses of Borujerdis & Tabatabaeis.

11. Day 11- Kashan - Tehran

    • From Kashan, transfer to the Tehran airport for your return flight.
