Palccoyo rainbow mountain
Pick-up from your hotel at around 06.00 am.
Leave Cusco with a private transportation and head to the Southern Valley. Drive through fertile valley, until we arrive to the local community of Palccoyo located at 4900 masl.
Visit the rocky valley, and witness the rainbow mountains. The highest point on our excursion is at 5000 meters.
From the very upper part, see the stunning view, over the highest snow capped mountain, the Apu Ausangate as well as the Vilconta mountain range.
Descent for about 30 minutes back to the starting point. Take the bus back to the bottom of the valley where we have our picnic and reach Cusco at around 5.30 pm.
